ka24de has bad hesitation and cuts out when car is cold but it goes away after warmed up and usually seams to run better above 2k rpms. After the car has warmed up the problem seams to go away but it will pant (rpms bounce up and down) at stop lights. The car has a new iacv, plugs, fuel filter, and fuel pump. Im at a loss as to the possible cause of the problem. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Because the car thinks it's warmer when it's not its not getting the right signal to the ecu. There are two ECT one that goes to the cluster(1 wire) and one that goes to the ecu(2 wire and the one you need to change) I'm
In the same boat as you man and I'm waiting on a new MAF an ECT and a new O2 sensor I hope that fixes my problem.... Good luck!

It has been happening on and off for a few weeks now and slowly getting worse. The maf was cleaned with maf cleaner today and made no difference. Where is the temp sensor for the ecu located?
