im looking to install a taylor metal battery box in my s13 coupe. i want to do it on the passenger side as far back as i can like right by the tail lights, but the gas tank is still kind of in the way, not sure if i can get behind it to mount the box got to take a closer look underneath. but just wondering what you guys with boxes did and would like to see some pics please. thanks

i had mine in the same spot.. dont have any pics of it though. it was angled a little bit, and i had to take the fuel pump cover off to get to the front bolt.

were you guys able to get to the nuts under the bottom behind the tank without removing the tank ?

looks like the hatch is alot easier to fit a battery in the trunk then the coupe haha

Finally a good looking cheap battery box. All the other cheap ones are just well...cheap. I think I will be buying one soon!

Where did you get those battery connectors at?

^AutoZone... they're just the ones for side connection. I have electrical tape wrapped around my top positive terminal.

Finally a good looking cheap battery box. All the other cheap ones are just well...cheap. I think I will be buying one soon!

Ya, I'm big into Jeep's so it is an often traveled site on my browser.

Moroso battery box. Thinking of switching to a smaller battery and tiedown for next season.
