This was originally for my S14, but it's sold, so it's up for sale. This engine is not built as in being assembled. I do have forged pistons. The only thing I have done is grind the piston ring for each piston.

I purchased the block and head from separate people. The block was used in a car until he claimed a cam broke, and the guy parted it out. His head was trashed, it looked like he dropped a valve. I had the machine shop check the rods to make sure they would be OK to install, they gave me the OK, so I had them machined to be reinstalled.

The head I purchased from a local shop, I had it a machine shop check it out to make sure it was OK to install. Nothing has been touched in the head, it's 100% stock.

Adding a pictures of parts, block and receipt from machine shop. Yes the work was done a few years back, I never got around to installing this engine, since my S14 was my daily driver.

If you guys have any more questions, let me know.

Info:

Complete redtop head machined, pressure tested and cleaned. I never took it apart, since it checked out fine at the machine shop. I don't have the valve cover.

Machined and decked block, bored out .020 over, with matching oversized JE pistons. I filed down the rings already so they're ready to go. Includes upper and lower oil pan, everything.

Machined crank

Machined stock rods

Intake manifold, slightly ported

Complete engine gasket set with Cometic and OEM head gasket

New oil pump

ARP head studs

New Nissan timing chain kit

New Nismo low temp thermostat

Standard size Nissan bearing kit

Also have original Nissan oil pump and original and timing chain kit

Basically it includes everything you need if you already have an SR and either want a spare engine, or if your SR is dead.

I spent over $2400 on all of this, but I'll sell it for $1,500 complete or part out for the right price.

So, a few hints when selling an engine.

1.)Don't call it a built longblock unless it's actually built.
Unspecified Bearings. Stock Rods. Stock Springs. Stock Retainers. You didn't even replace valve seals, or anything.

2.)Be specific. When you say "Machined" crank/rods. That makes people think it had rodknock before, so you better show a receipt with the machine work.

3.) Is it together? Do you have pictures.

Bumping your thread so you can get it together. GLWS.
