ran into this a couple times. make sure cts is plugged in, its small so it can come loose out the plug. clean your maf, if you have apexi safc or anything electrical make sure those are plugged in, wires are good, and the harness inside the safc itself is good. (unscrew, open the unit and plug it in snug)
make sure your getting fuel and correct pressure with the fpr.
run codes for ecu and see if its showing anything just incase, try unplugging the maf and running it. see if it runs in safe mode.
last but not least....
when i went thru your problem from time to time. each of the above methods helped me...till one day i redid all the above and nothing worked.. I REDID TIMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
now my car runs and stays on, idles so smooth and all but my afr is leaning on idle and leaning out in general... so thats my problem but a great solution for you.
