I have a 1989 240SX for sale. It is a totally rust free california car that was driven to michigan a few summers ago. It has a 5 speed SR20DET Redtop swap in it, with unknown miles. It shifts fine, no grinds, clutch feels good. The car is on cut springs, and is very low. It is currently on 15 inch XXR rims. It has a Greddy Exhaust. It still has an open diff, but still drifts relatively well. The car also has no power steering, its not bad at all though. It is primered at the moment, with some spray paint thrown in. All of the mods done to it, have been done by the previous owners. When i bought it, i had no backround information on it, it had a leaky oil line to the turbo, and leaked oil from the front cover as well as the oil pan. It is running at the moment, but not great. I dont know if it has a bad sensor somewhere, but if you try to give it gas it just wants to die. Either way, I just need it gone. It could be a simple fix, I dont know. I dont have the time to track the source of the problem down. The ecu shows no error codes, so maybe its fuel related. The only thing I have done to the car is put new alpine speakers in, a head unit, new spark plugs, and a grounding kit. I bought it originally as a project car, but I currently dont have the funds, nor the time to fix the car up. The car needs some paint, a little love here and there, or you could just use it as a drift missle, and beat it. I'm asking 2600 OBO, im willing to take trades, or open to offers. I also have a used Tag Heuer Watch that I can throw in, trade wise. It retailed for about $1,000-1,250, and is now discontinued.
You will need a trailer/dolly to get this thing home, it does run, and move, just not well enough to drive on the roads.
