Whats up guys, have posted too often on here, dont have much time these days other than work, family and cars to cruise around on here but I felt like you guys would like to take a look at my build.

So here it began, 91 S13 hatch, stock suspension w/tein springs, SSR wheels, JDM front end with OEM Aero bumper
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/frontend.jpg

The car quickly was torn apart and the SR20Det was resealed, cleaned and had a once over done to make sure all the vital components were good and strong
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/enginebay.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo8.jpg

Circuit Sport mounts installed on the engine and tranny
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo9.jpg

While the car was torn apart and sitting on the rack, I addressed all the suspension with Powered by Max
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo5.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8888.jpg

5 lug hubs as well were purchased and installed at the same time
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo3-1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/hubs-1.jpg

I used the PBM Super angle kit and modified my knuckles for better angle and also reduce bumpsteer. The kit also came with plates to fill in the lower control arms.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/anglekit.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo-5.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_0582.jpg

Installed PBM's tie rods with the spacer and threw on some s14 tie rod ends.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/tierods.jpg

As some time went by I wanted to address the option of gauges and I just so happen to find some old school HKS gauges that would go well with the car, so a buddy of mine grabbed me a sheet of carbon fiber and I went to work
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/gauge2.jpg

Picked up a NRG Suede wheel and hub also
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo1-2.jpg

PBM Coilovers installed
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8897.jpg

When I was looking for wheels I didnt want to choose anything too pricey and I didnt feel like cringing anytime I had an off track excursion or mounting and dismounting tires, so I chose the VarrsToen 2.2.1 in 18 x 9.5 and 18 x 10.5
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8884.jpg

The car sat for a little bit while I recovered from the extreme splurging I was doing within the last couple months.. but once that was done I took it further and in the direction I always wanted to...

The car was completely gutted out and all the sound deadening was removed.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo1-3.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo2-3.jpg
Dry ice!
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo3-2.jpg

Once all that was removed, the cage went and in and after a couple nights of prep and fabrication it was in.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo4-1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo5-1.jpg
...but the finished pictures will be at the end..

Welded in the strut brace mounting for the fun of it.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8864.jpg

Installed some hood spacers that I actually made using PBM spacers for the rear toe arms.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8866.jpg

PBM Skid plate installed
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8892.jpg

I used some DEI gold heat tape on the cold side pipe
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8868.jpg

So finally with everything said and done, here the final pics of the interior and exterior of the car
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo10.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo9-1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo13.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo11.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo12.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/photo14.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e363/wschirmer/IMG_8881.jpg

Ive only had one day of testing so far and it felt pretty good, still have a lot to dial in and it was at a local autocross and they were not to excited for drifting but it was still fun, heres a video of that day.

I had thought at first I might need to but they actually fit just right in between the body and subframe

Neat.

Keeping it stock bodied or will you be running some sort of aero? (OEM perhaps?)

Looks like that'll be one fun track car.

great quality on the build. work on your smoothness when in auto cross. don't know how your car is set up but you seemed a bit agressive on throttle and steering controle. car looks great though.

I don't think the car will go back to autocross, I let one of the hardcore scca guys drive and they said it's too much of a handful for autocross and with the welded diff they were pushing straight into the cones haha, it's built purely for drifiting, but still can have some fun in other events
