Up for sale is 90% of what you need to have a running 360hp 1J vvti in your 240sx.
I will mention what is NOT included first. Of the things you need, there are basically only 3 things NOT included.
The drive shaft (can include a yoke to make one AND dimensions to have it done).
The mounts. (We use the $250 ebay guys and love em)
SOME intercooler piping. (We are actually not sure if we are gonna include some, all, or none of it yet).
What you DO get is a 1J vvti from a 1998 chaser with R154 trans.
Motor has great comp numbers (will retest for buyer)
Trans has marlin crawler fork and thrust washer thing.
Clutch brand escapes me but LOOKS like the usual exedy stg2 .... exedy dosn't show this app for it though. I will try to remember what we bought exactly. It hold GREAT all day in 3rd on 255-40-17 in a 2700lb car so take from it what you will.
Harness is ready for 240sx (I can make it even more "stand alone" other chassis if you need me to).
The extra power comes from a custom adapter box attaching a 2876r tuned on an AEM FIC. It works great. Driveability is awesome and power delivery is smooth. This thing comes on EARLY and pulls right to rev limit. The only warning I have is that it is pretty much "maxed out" right now at this power number. Injectors would be worth the investment to get you more power but if the 360hp it makes now is enough for you...DON'T MESS WITH IT. It is amazing.
These swaps go for $2600 to $2800 stock. The turbo was about $1k. The FIC is $400-600 + tuning. The clutch is sweet and was around $450 (damnnit what brand is it?). The crawler parts and trans work were just under $1k. ....so this is a really good deal.
