that blows. but the thing is like burmonster said its probably illegal. invasion of privacy should cover that. if not then we're all screwed.:doh:

Stuff is only illegal if you get caught.

If you had someone watching the trashcan 24-7 it would pretty much defeat the point.

BTW....I don't know if every state has them...but those undercover Camaros are SOOOOOOOO HARD to detect.

I think a garbage can in the middle of some busy intersection is a bit suspiscious.

Garbage cans are typically on more residential places and you aren't gonna catch me goin like 50 somewhere there.

i think its legal as long as the owner of the property it's on agrees to have it there. now the cops can actually catch speeders as they relax and eat INSIDE the donut shop. :boink:

What's to stop some underage kids from rolling away with that can. Even if they have lojack on the things the cops aren't going to get there in time for some devious teenagers to trash it. /grin
