1991 300zx na t-tops. needs work

bought this with the intentions of doing a TT swap, but can’t keep it at my parents house so it’s got to go. It’s a 91 non-turbo with 158000 miles. It’s a 5-speed with t-tops. It’s red, but the paint isn’t great. Has a little rust on the hatch, but otherwise nice and straight. Runs but motor knocks, would recommend towing it away. Has an intake, venom injectors, chipped ecu, megan racing mufflers, centerforce clutch and fidanza flywheel. With a little work this could be a really nice car. Also have an na motor with 82k I just bought for $800 thinking i could fix it quick and sell running, but I just don't have the time. Will sell the running motor separately for $800 or make you a deal on it with the car. Someone buy it soon or I'll have to part it out.
