Turbo sound??? Not sure what is wrong

I have s14 t28 BB turbo on my s13 with s13 blacktop. Stock boost but when i get into boost around 4-7 lbs (until tonight and now it's when ever i get into boost at all) i hear this weird chirping sound boost holds just fine but the car bogs really bad. This is my first turbo car and i've searched youtube for simular sounds but i don't really know what to search...

manifold to turbo gasket is done. I have an OEM set for sale. $33 shipped

Awesome I actually already have the gasket just didn't have a reason to put it on.. now i do haha would that cause the bogging and everything?

Exhaust leak somewhere, probably manifold to turbo. you can start your car cold and feel around if you can't pinpoint it at idle.

alright thanks both of you guys i'm prolly just gonna take everything back off and put the new gaskets i've been looking for a reason to do it. Now i have one haha.

Yall are amazing I took my turbo and manifold off and of 4 bolts was broken is there i certain type of bolt and nut i should be getting for the high heat?
