yes its a stock bottom end, i was told that the bottom ends are good to atleast 600. yes its an auto. i dont believe lexus made the is in a 5 speed in 04.

Thats not true. The only year they didnt make a manual was 01.

The auto trannys are stronger then the 5spds. The 5spds can only handle 350whp.

car is clean title, small paint chips on the front bumper, a few scratches and little dents here and there nothing you can see until getting really close and being picky. It was built by a shop in Tampa, FL, I will pull the receipt for an interested buyer and give all the info. I can get more pics for serious buyers, I can email or text them. No rust, and no heated seats, just all tan leather.

Stock rods don't hold crap, I'd invest in a 2nd 2j bottom end to have as a spare...

well i do not know the exact limits of the bottom end but it has been turbo since 2008 and has not had a single problem. The srt turbo that came with the kit blew, so the previous owner put the precision turbo on and had a full tune done at 19lbs. It has been this way for a year now and runs like a dream. Im not saying the bottom end is bullet proof but I am just saying the bottom end handles the boost very well. I trust Batlground when they said it should hold it so i am going off their expertise.

GE bottom ends are good to roughly 400-450 WHP. anything more and you're pushing it. get some GTE internals and you'd be fine all the way to 700 wHP.
