SOLD - SOLD - SOLD

I picked up the last OBDII KA AEM EMS v1 that enjuku had during their Memorial Day sale, so the megasquirt has got to go...this is the perfect answer for someone that wants to go KA-T for less $$$

Included in sale:

1) Megaquirt II DIY kit - silver case, running the PCB 3 software, currently $266 brand new
2) Stimulator Kit - an absolute must to allow you to test the unit before it is actually on your car a $45 value
3) DIY engine harness capatible with all MS units a $69 value

Optionally I can include a modified s14 distributor that has a finer resolution CAS wheel - with MSIII it allows COP, with MSII I am not sure.

I have assembled and tested the board to the point that it requires decisions to be made about exactly what hardware it is going to run. It also needed a DB9 port to install the firmware, but my laptop did not have one, hence the reason why I stopped. DIYAutotune sells a DB9 to USB adaptor, I just got sidetracked

I have a printed copy of the build manual, and am up to step 22, you can peruse the manual here...

Assembling Your MegaSquirt (http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mass.htm#guide)

Essentially you need to make a decision as to what sort of Idle control you will want, and how you want to drive your coils. I was not ready to make that decision so I carefully packed everything away.

As I built both the Stimulator and the Main board I saved each individual component bag so I could verify that no little bits had gone missing, I also used aerospace grade solder and used a fixture with a magnifying glass to ensure that all connections were as perfect as I could make them.

Looking for $SOLD with the distributor, $SOLD without OBO, I will deliver pretty much anywhere in CT, and will ship at the buyers expense. This is also going up on ebay and several other forums, need to move it this week - no trades, cash only

TTT, lots of interest on ebay, this stuff will be sold before the end of the week, would really like it to go to someone else in the community.

Entertaining all cash offers.

No one has bid on it on ebay....

I would like to buy this but the partially assembled part scares me.

No one has bid, but there are more than a few watchers, and I have had several emails from buyers, looking to try and end the auction early. It will sell before the end of the week. I am not just blowing smoke, I would rather see this in another 240 then a mustang, or something else.

about buying a used kit...I would be worried too, but if you refer to the manual, the next step in the assembly is a check to ensure that the DB9 port is operating correctly. , meaning you will have instant verification that there are no issues. I have already wired in all of the hard components: The wire harness...ugh 64 pins, and the socket for the daughter board.

I have performed everything per the manual, and per my multimeter every connection thus far is working perfectly. It helps to have a good fixture, and a HUGE magnifying glass.
