How many quarts do I need to buy or the gallon jug plus? S13 sr20det redtop with a greddy oil pan. and can I use Mobil 1 syn 10w30?

i suggest running 10w30 cause i run my shit hard and long and mobil 1 10w30 is all i have ever used andmy hydro lifters seem to like it. im not saying all other oil is garbage but you cant go wrong with 10 30 mobil 1 synth good luck
