spark and fuel but wont start?

1991 ka24de-t. it was running great. lowered it a lot. took it around the block and it was rubbing some so we pulled it back in the shop. i hammered in the seams that it was rubbing on and i tucked the wires in both fenders up higher so they wont get rubbed.

now it wont start? it cranks and cranks but wont start. every once in awhile it sputters for a second. it has spark. i can hear the fuel pump priming. and i can smell gas in the exhaust. i checked all of my fuses they are all ok. i looked over my wiring and i didnt see anything out of the ordinary.



anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

did you pinch the wires when you rearranged them?

i looked over all them and i didnt see anything pinched or ripped. what kind of stuf will allow spark and fuel but the engine still wont run? other than the timing being off?

these kind of problems can be very tricky... maybe your not getting enough fuel? im not sure what fuel pressure specifications are for the s-chassis but maybe thats the probelm.
