What rotor size to be used with those calipers?

Actually you're not exactly correct here. If they are R33 GTST calipers then they are 30 mm not 32mm . They actually do look like R32 GTR calipers which are 32mm. Now given all this the diameter of the rotors for these calipers is not 280mm which is the diameter of Z32 rotors. It is 296mm. So using a Z32 rotor is not ideal.

The only R series caliper that had the same diameter rotor was the R32GTST type M which came with a 280mm diameter rotor.

None the less the price the OP has for them is a good deal.
