so i send money to paypal and he confirms payments then decides after payment to sell to a family member.Not please with my first transaction on zilvia, i will leave a feed back for future buyers and expect a refund asap.

Moderators i cannot leave feed back for this transaction bc im new, but this seller is not a reputable seller. I paid for the item and he sold it after confirming payment to someone else. Is there anyway to lift this so that way i can leave feed back for future potential buyers.
