So for any of you that use the I-405 from the I-10 (West Los Angeles) too the 101 in the valley (Van Nuys Sherman Oaks)


Starting next July it will be closed on the weekend of the 15-17th so that is a 48 hour closure. If that doesn't sound bad wait until they start moving the overhead power lines on Sepulveda.

Thinking its going to be done at night ? nope they decided to that task 9am-3ppm M-F and 9pm-5am, and that will mean Sepulveda will be one lane each direction from the skirball center all the way down to the Getty center. So just as a heads up do spread the word.

I used to commute from Culver City to Chatsworth for work
did it for 5 years
it's the only route into the valley
an accident and you're looking at a 2hr + commute either way
I would leave at 6am to avoid traffic
