I"m running a t25 turbo with a 2 1/2 pipe 62ecu,greedy bov,greedy intercooler and i'm running stock bost

usually sr runs on the lean side unless you get it tuned... is it spitting out fire or is it just the sound?..

is the bov atmospheric or recurculating? had the same issue and found that when the bov is atmospheric the extra fuel that enters the cylinder does not burn due to lack of o2 that was releast through the bov. the maf reads the air but it never makes it to the cylinder. so when the gases are pushed out through the exguast they ignite in the pipe. . . i think that right..

That is right, A open BOV will create rich conditions on MAF-based which can include backfires and other drivability issues. Try doing a basic tune-up, new spark plugs and clean injectors can help.
