Rescued it from the Michigan winters with only little surface rust.

Bone stock, 92k miles, manual....

All for $3k and a handle of Jack.

I plan to keep it stock, drive it until I can save enough money for a diesel truck, then garage it for 5-10 years and hopefully turn a huge profit off it... What are yalls' thoughts?

There are better things for you to invest your money in if you are trying to make a profit.

240's isn't one of those things.

Anyways, nice car for a nice price. Despite the stupid bumper cut out thing.

If you bought it to make profit, flip it now.

If you bought it to make profit, repair or replace the front bumper and flip it now.

Fixed.

No he's planning on keeping it mostly stock and garaging it for a few years.

Derek, I'm on a mission to find you a new front bumper and a lip

Sounds good Richard... Couldn't hurt to have that little problem patched up.

Zar--The previous owner actually didn't cut out the bumper... Just got really lucky when he crashed into a ditch.

Others--I may be crazy but I do believe there will be a market for the 240 as a classic car in the not too distant (5-10 years) future... Especially if it is an unmolested kouki.

So your idea of a good turn around is what?
double your money on it?

So its gonna waste how many cubic feet of your home, for 10 years, for what? $3000.00??

Seems like a hell of a slow investment idea to me.
