Up for sale is my wife's very beloved and mechanically sound 1990 Nissan 240sx with a 5 speed manual (not conversion).
The car has been with the both of us for roughly two years, but bills honestly force the sale of this car to another home.
Do not waste our time please with lowball offers. She's a solid running car, and can be easily dailied with no issues.
Location: San Diego, CA
Price: $3300 OBO. This is a running car with no issues, in good shape and can be immediately driven anywhere. Please no tire kickers or tattoo work.
Basic Specs:
White Non Sunroof Model 1990 Nissan 240sx SOHC KA24E (s13 chassis with pig-nose)
5-speed Manual
~150k miles on the clock Original Engine
Compression came good when we bought the car about 15k miles ago and has been well maintained since then.
Roll Down windows (less to go wrong)
Goodies:
Tanabe Spec-5 S13 Coilovers in excellent shape with built in Camber Adjustment Plates
3" catback (read LEGAL) exhaust with 4" muffler..perfect for your boost setup. Makes a nice deep noise and has no rasp.
Weapon-R Alumuinum Coolant overflow tank
Welded Differential set for drifting
Aftermarket ALPINE CD Player with upgraded speaker system. Crystal clear sound coming through all the speakers no issues.
Smoked Tail Lights
WORKING AC!
Currently Registered till March 2012 with Title in hand.
E-Mance Tuned ECU for extra umph. Car dynoed at 125hp to the wheels..remember this is a SOHC.
15" Tear Drop Wheels with Falken Ziex 912 Tires with good tread left
Recent (< 1200 miles ago) Oil change done with BOSCH Filter and Castrol GTX Synthetic Blend Oil 10W30.
Dash has only *1* hairline crack through it. We've armor-alled it and tried to protect it with a OEM Dash Cover from Nissan as best we could and it's shown.
Recent work done on the car < 6 months ago:
300ZX fuel Filter

OEM S13 radiator from working model with auxilary fan operated from switch in cabin.
New exhaust studs
NGK Spark Plugs and Spark Plug Wires
K&N Drop in Filter

New Walbaro Fuel Pump

Other Random Mods:
Auxilary fan switch in car near arm rest.
Orange Spray painted Console cover around CD player section which gives it a very unique look. Remember this is my wife's car and wanted to individualize it. If you don't like it you can always pop in another from a junk yard or something.
Headlight covers spray painted orange as well to match the interior panel.
She's dropped pretty low, but can be adjusted (coilovers) to an individuals' liking. If we get 3300 for it, we'll also throw in a BRAND NEW set of Wicked Tuning RUCA's and Adjustable Tension Rods for the rear to set the car up anyway you you like. We bought the parts, but just never had time to put them in.
We honestly love this little car and want to see it go to someone that has a good heart and loves the platform, not some punk kid who's gonna wrap it around a tree on the drive home.
The only reason we're putting her up for sale is because of a very expensive bill that has come up and that we need to take care of.
