Major electrical issues please help

I went to finally bring this 240 to life but unfortunately i got nothin. the car is completely dead i have 14.00 volts at the circut breaker for the trunk mounted battery which is at the relay box. other than that though i have nothing at all no break lights no headlilghts and no response if the key is turned to any position.

The car has a brand new front harness and the engine harness was done by heavy throttle the main body harness is the origional. Car is 89 240sx se I have also done an auto to manual swapusing the SR manual lower harness

any and every idea you all have is welcomed i got no ideas left i really want to get this project on the road

no man the engine harness was done by heavy throttle if the engine was the only problem that would be correct but the whole fucking car is dead which is what i need help with
