Took my car to another place to get an alignment. They aligned it within spec but it still pulls to the right. The caster on the front was out so they adjusted the rods back within spec but it pulls the same as it did before. I just had new tires put on few days ago. They told me to go and have them rotated and see if it goes away. if it does then u have a tire issue. If not bring it back and they will look into trying to move weight around.. They checked suspension and nothing was bent. Car hasn't been lowered. What could it be?

replace your steering rack bushings and get another alignment. I had the same problem cause my bushings were shot.

All of front suspension besides sway bar have been replaced within 4 yrs.. The ball joints look good. Tie rod ends replaced less than 2 yrs ago still look good. They said it couldn't be the subframe because they were able to align it within spec. If subframe was out they wouldn't have been able to realign it. They gave me print out of what they did. I do have a power steering leak. I don't see how the steering rack bushings would cause a pull though, maybe play, but not a consistent pull. If ur going straight on a flat perfectly smooth road I don't see how bad bushings would cause a consistent pull to one side.

did your printout show your "steer ahead"
fix that leak and take it back to them

Worn bushings could offset your steering rack.. My passenger side was shot and everytime I take a right turn it puls right..

What are the condition of your tires? Uneven tires? Low psi? Thoose could cause pulling. As well as the crown of the road.

did you watch them get alignment in check or did they give you a print out? The spec range could be enough to exacerbate other issues that have been mentioned.

the guy spent quite a bit of time talking to me and my car was in shop for over 2 hrs. they drove it in at 1:20p and it was in there 3:30p. he said they first check susp to see if anything was bent. After 15min or so he came back and said it was ok and now they start checking alignment. He gave me sheet that looks like the spec range is factory and what my alignment was before and after. So today I took it to disct tire and had them swap the tires. They swapped right side and it was same as before. They said then it had to be a pull or something instead of a push so they were going to replace one of the tires and I told them no I didn't think it was that because it was like this before the new tires went on then it was same after the alignment and now the same with rt side of tires swapped so I don't know. There is a pretty big pwr steering leak at the pinion and at least one of the bushing is the rack was disentegrated.

post up a pic of the alignment specs. it'll help everyone help you. like mrbrody said, even if the angles are "in spec" they could still cause a pulling condition

Are there lots of weights on any of your rims to "balance" them? Maybe one of your rims are also messed up, but I would think that would cause more of a vibration if anything...just a thought.

ok sure I'll try to get a copy of the spec sheet up as soon as I can scan it.

Each rim in the rear had a balance weight on them. I drove it up to 85mph and it was smooth. Although i think im having to work a little harder keeping it pointed down the highway than i did before.
