Can I ask something and I'm not trying to undermind your sale. Is the price you're buying at significantly higher compared to a year ago or has demand just gone up so much? I still sell them for 300, when I get. Courtesy nissan has in stock for 254 brand new. While i make a few dollars reselling it's really hurting the community with these current prices.
