First of all, anyone here have a condo in Maui?

second, any of you know of any trustworthy websites that can help me out?
(I googled a few, but don't know if they are any good, or perhaps a scam in hiding)

Prefer to land and pay in person, but hey, whatever works. Its my honeymoon, I'll camp if I have to!

Just need a base camp anywhere. I plan on exploring the whole island, perhaps renting a car or scooters to travel.

Holy crap, you guys here have some amazing roads.

TIP:
Rent a sports car for the Road to Hana. I wish I had my s13 on this road. It compares to the Dragons tail. AMAZING CORNERS!

Rent a 4x4 past Hana. The south east side of the island said 'local traffic only', but we took it anyway. Glad I had a Jeep as this road is old and not as forgiving to sports cars.

Still here. Have 5 days left. Just hiding from the sun today, got burned bad!

Stay away from 'maui lu' resort. Spent one night there... its moldy, smelly, and is very basic.

I stayed at a condo for 1 week, then the Makena golf resort the next week. They are renovating there, so it was like half price for a night then it is normally.

Btw, whats with all the cats?
