slight power fc commander issue

i got my car tuned last night. i noted the tuner did not have the comander installed. so when i got the car off the dyno i noticed it no pluged .. i plug it in and the car wont start. but when i unplug it car starts up fine. also its the right commander and it worked before the tune.

any help would be great !!
