Barely used, adaptor plates made by ISIS. Good as new.
$35 shipped.

no gaskets just the plates with all screws to mount onto N15 throttle body.

i don't think so. unless its aftermarket made to fit a N15 throttle body. i think eXessive makes a intake manifold for KA that you can use this on.

you have to send it in to them and they make it custom with the adaptors.
