Curb Rash Repair in SoCal

A buddy of mine let his girlfriend drive his car and when she was parking I guess she hit the curb a little bit and there is curb rash all around the lip of one of his rims. Im wondering if anyone knows any local shops in the socal Los Angels area that would be able to repair it. And If anyone knows a price that would be great too. Its only one rim, curb rash on the lip all the way around.
