forums for web transactions

I was just thinking that someone should make a forum dedicated to web transactions. there seem to be more and more shady deals going down all the time. if there was a seperate forum people could just go there and see if some one has had possitive or negative dealings with someone before they send there hard earned money acrossed the country. I know before I send large amounts of money I try to do as much research into who I am sending my money to as possible and sometimes its hard to do with out offending someone. just a thought

alot of the people that do personal and buisness sales do not use ebay and paypal doesnt have much of a rating system, and neither of them have a place to talk about there transactions. by the way I was just in a bad situation with an established ebayer over a product sold privatly. also where would you sudjest I post this, I thought this was a forum for chatting.
