E5 is from a 94-96 180sx black top 5 speed
E6 is from a 94-96 180sx blacktop automatic
WC is from a 94-98 S14 Silvia
62 is from a 91-93 180sx or S13 Silvia 5 speed
61,63 is from a 91-93 180sx or S13 Silvia automatic
J4 is from a 97-98 180sx Type X 5speed

This info was found in about 2 seconds in the Engine Tech thread

N62 is the code for Z32 maf...

But there are difference between 62 and E5 ecu though, like they use different o2 sensor.

Pretty much. When most people on here will say they are interchangeable, I would prefer to use match up parts, like E5 with "fat" o2, 62 with "skinny" o2, and SR maf with SR engine, unless tuned.

I have my own experience of how nicely an SR maf runs on the SR compare to the KAE maf. Yes, it would run, but just not as smooth and idles like crap.

Changing the ECU is easier where as you need to get the little adapter for using the skinny o2 if you do not have one.

open your hood and you will see it...

There are questions you need to ask and answers you need to seek yourself...
