well like the title says, has anyone succesfully rigged up a hks vpc to a ka-t? i know how the ol' you get what you pay for car world goes, but u can get vpc's for relativly cheap compaired to a tec3 or somethin like that. cause i could think of nothing better than getting rid of that dam MAF sensor on my ka-t.

VPC's SUCK! they are impossible to tune. I think HKS themselves are the only people who can actually tune those things. They aren't worth it, they are tons of $$ too.

A VPC isn't a standalone, i don't think. It just eliminates your MAF. Am i mistaken? We tried to put one on my friend's z32 and what a fun time that was trying to tune it...........after reading the instruction book.....well he said he did at least.

I thought it was for turbo cars with mafs, so if you have a blow off valve and it vents to the atomsphere your mafs has already read the air coming through and then it floods the motor cause it sends the gas for the reading and doesn't compansate for the blow off valve's release
