98 S14 KA24DE 90k + Trans

I got my 1jz vvti yesterday so the KA has to go. It's off of a 98 s14 and has 91K. It is still in the car and is fully functional. All the accessories work excellent. Transmission is excellent and all original with the engine. It has a B&M short shifter but will not come with it (will sell that separately). I will put the stock shifter back on. you sure about that hearing it on a low quality vid? why is it that i dont hear any ticking, knocking or chain noise when im standing right in front of it on a cold start?
