Shopping around for a new FMIC and noticed that CXracing prices are a lot different from back when all the reviews were posted. Anyone have the "newer design" FMIC from CXracing?

Seriously. Even the selection of ebay kits are low now. Great! Anyone know of current budget friendly intercooler kits now? Only one I could really find now is Godspeed.

Its because when potential companies start out they need low prices so people will buy and when people start to see the quality and like it they will buy more and more and then its just a matter of supply and demand. they know people want their stuff and they know they can charge what they want.
I remember when god speed and some other places on ebay were kinda cheaper stuff and didnt have a good rep. Now their blowing up and people are recommending them. Just because a business is on ebay does not mean its a crappy company, it just means someone is finding an alternate way to sell their products effectively and affordable.
I have the cx racing fmic for the s13 cxracing.com: Front Mount Intercooler 31"x12"x4", 4" Core: 24"x12"x4", 3" Inlet & Outlet, many applications (http://www.cxracing.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CXR&Product_Code=IC0023&Category_Code=INCO) its a great inter cooler and its quality. http://i590.photobucket.com/albums/ss342/CustomGundam/frontend.jpg

If i had to chose from a 600 buck godspeed or a 600 buck blitz, greddy or so on id be more a likely to by a better brand becuse trust me the fitment is way better on a blitz compared to a godspeed. I have a blitz now and the fitment is great sits up a tad higher than the rad support so u dont bang it up

Thanks for the comments guys. I was looking for the KA setup and for some odd reason it's alot more than the SR.

I got my cx racing intercooler kit for my rb 240 and the quality is actually pretty good. I will be doing a review on their product soon with install pics and everything if you want to wait maybe 2 weeks or so.

I have used a few kits.
No complaints, They fit like they should.
Core is quality, and all the piping fits well.
Cant get a better kit for your money.

i love there products
All of the entry level kits in Japan are under 300 bucks now, but seems those same kits sell for 8-1k here. I'd shop around
