Ok guys and gals... and my newly registered sweetie pie ^_-
After a long day of junkyarding it with my friend we found him 4 NICE mesh drift wheels for less then a mister franklin.
Also a cool beans steering wheel, and I was walking out some dude was hauling in 2 NICE cobra full buckets >_<....
Anyway! I need to find some cars that I can pull rims off of as well... I know i'm dreaming but looking for 16-17 with something like 9 inches wide... off sets arn't really an issue unless they start to affect drivablitiy o.O
I think the 00 dodge dakota's got nice 17x9 stock rims, as does the SE Xterra, but im thinking these new cars with nice wheels won't be easy to find...
I searched and came up with a list for s13s, but I feel like those wheels are a bit small and narrow...
I'm basically looking for the S14 version of the supra rims for 86's... does it exist!?

You could try to find Starion/Conquest wheels. The wheels come in 7"x16", 8"x16", and 9"x16".
7"x16" have 18 offset
8"x16" front wheels have 18 offset
8"x16" rear wheels have i -10 or -4 offset
9"x16" have 0 offset
I not sure but i think some of the wheels come in 4 lug and some are 5 lug.

Can my S14 fit a 0 offset in the rear!? How about that 18 offset????
I don't know a thing when it comes to offsets....
but 18 sounds flush???
relatively new mustangs (not sure what years) have 5*114.3 lug patterns. I think the GTs had some 17*9s on 'em, but not sure of offset; apparently not bad, though! (region of ~+25 I'm guessing)

They are all 5 lugs (85-89 I believe.....with the widest rims as an option on the last year or so).

They are 5x4.5", which figures out to be just about dead on at 5x114.3 I know of someone running these on an z31 turbo, which is 5x114.3, and they fit fine.

the 16x8 front and 16x9 rear starion/conquest rims are hard to find, so don't hold your breath too long on those. anyone that does have some wants a grip for them. but the 7" wide fronts and 8" rears are easy to find pretty cheap, i have 2 sets in my garage as well as a set of black mesh enkei wheels in the same sizes/offsets.

HiPSI, how well do the 16x7, 16x8 fit under your S13? With that offset I guess the rims stick out like an inch or so? got any pics to share?

Maeda what did u pull the mesh wheels of of????!!!! And one more question about this whole junk yard thing. Do you just go there and they let you walk around the junk yard and pick stuff off cars. Sounds like a good time to me.

Pay my 2$ to the man...
Haul in the tools and start grabbing stuff up... Pay for it and walk out with junkyard goodness!
HERES THE GOLD FOR S14s!
I found that 94+ stangs got the real goods on them... 17X8 with a 20+ offset... 5X114.3 PERFECT for my S14...(the only problem is that they're not mesh and dont have much lip...)
The "zesty Riken Mesh" was off of a maxima and was for my friends 86...
S14 guys have it a bit harder in the 'yard because we want big wide wheels >=D....

I've personally seen the trans-am rims on the Z31, so I don't know exactly what there is to doubt about it.
Why's it so hard to believe?

yeah those 9" in the back would have to be like 18's with 35 offset, with 0 offset or whatever they would be sticking out... a lot

will a +5 offset even work on a 240sx? How about on an s14?
Also, will those trans am wheels work on an s14 (as far as offset goes)?

$445? are you kidding me? just go to a couple of junkyards.

those would look nice if I painted the mesh black and left the lip polished. I wonder how much you could get those from a junk yard for?
