Image Posting Size Restriction

Can we please make this happen?

Super annoying scrolling through threads when some dude posts a huge picture.

I know on a couple other forums I'm on they restrict to 800x600 or something and you can just click on the image and it shows the actual size in the same window or new window.

Shouldn't be hard to do...

Hypebeast's forum restrics the width to 800 then if you click the top notification of the resize it opens the full size in a new tab...

For example:

Zilvia and that forum are both powered by vBulletin so it should definitely be possible

I re-enabled Image Resizer hack, we had this some time ago but it has its weaknesses. Let me know if it is ok.
