i also have circuit sports solid mounts for sale 55 shipped. only been on the car for 1500 miles. i hada use the screw and lock nut for something sorry lol

is that MAF a single cam MAF?
does it come with a pigtail?

yes that is the single maf and i can provide a pigtail for it and i just have one fender extension but that is pending sale
