New T3/T4 turbo ..... $400!!!!

Hey guys i was just surfing through the ads at www.groupbuycenter.com and came upon a group buy of Mitsubishi and Garrett turbos. It says they have T3/T4 turbos for $400!!!!!!!!! HOLLY SHIT this should thrill the peeps in the thread in Tech forum about turbos cause all the prices i have ever heard quoted on these turbos are $700+. It says they are new and come with a 1 year warranty. Sounds to good to be true, Im just wondering what the catch is. BTW what the #### is the trim and A/R numbers?? What do they mean??? This is probably the catch to it he says in the FAQ that the A/R is .83 and i think the a/r is usually like .60~something. Anyway, I wasn't planning on starting my turbo setup until this summer but #### if i can get this deal now then i will take it!! Sounds kick ass to me i just need to know what those #'s mean ... trim and a/r .... Finally, here's the link please check it out and tell me what u think. THANKS!!!

that sounds like a sweet deal but how much would it cost to get that up and running safely?

that AR is rather high for our cars we about a .69. With a AR that high I believe you will experience lag.

What is the AR?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>? and the Trim #<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>? what does it mean. And im not exactly sure on the specs of the turbos and i think u could get one made to ur specifications but wouldn't be that cheap.
