sr20det redtop running rough

i have a 89 240 with a sr20det redtop. the car is running rough at a idle and still runs rough when i rev it up. i checked my front mount and all the piping didnt see any leaks or cracks. sprayed carp cleaner all over the vacuum lines hoping for it to spike but it didnt. i have brand new coilpacks and plugs. my fuel pressure is between 40-45 psi at a idle. does anyone have any suggestions or tips to help so i can get this car running correctly any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

Are your plugs gapped right? Have you checked your maf? Have you tested the coils to make sure they are good?

Did it do this after you replaced anything or just randomly one day out of the blue?

i actually just figured it out my cushion rings that the fuel injectors seed into were all shitty and it was sucking in outside air, change them out and were all good. thanks alot thought bro
