I am a student doing collision repair and paint. This is my first customer car. I done work on other peoples cars and painted parts, this was all me by myself. Sorry I dont have any pics of when they first bought it to me, the whole top half of the car had burnt clear(it was peeling) and had a dent the size of a cereal bowl on the right fender. The rear bumper had two holes the size of quarters, I patched them up. Let me know how I did.

I mixed the color,started as 350Z silver effect, then I put some black in it & a touch of purple, I prolly should have put more cause the purple didnt really come through all that much,whatever. Then I put house of color super rainbow micro flake in the clear...

For the 350z silver, was it the dark (KYO) or light (K23). Yeah cant really see any purple in it. House of color always has good flakes and candies.

probably would've been a GREAT idea to take all of those strut tower nuts off and either remove the strut or tape off the thread studs lol. hopefully you don't fuck the paint up god forbid you ever have to remove one of those nuts.

Non issue, there will be a custom aluminum. strut tower brace going on there & the nuts were loose,but its hard to see . It has a full round plate that bolts to the top of the tower,so even the area there that is painted wont even get seen,also coilovers will be on here too,so no need to worry about the stock junk.

^^^ Body work xtra my friend,or when I qoute a price i take that into account & give one solid number for the whole deal. Unless the customer just wants a spray & go,wich I personally try to stay away from those kinda jobs.Because I would rather not waste my time & energy painting a dented up car,& when people ask who painted it,& question welllll why didnt he fix all the dents,how many owners are gonna say" I was being a cheap skate and didnt want to pay for my car to be gangsta"

^^^^ Thats exactly what I said, but, again you would be shocked at the amount of people that ask for such service especially 240 people,not all but a large percent.

I even get dudes that, after I do a full walk around & give them a price,they go and walk around the car again asking me well how much would it be if you dont fix this dent or that dent. Or how much to do only this one or that one.
