C's short shifter sr20 vs rb25

i just got a C's short shifter shipped over from Japan but im not sure whether its sr20 or rb25. is there a way to tell which trans it is for before actually trying to mount it in?

why would you buy an unknown shifter?

put it in and see if it fits & shifts

but usually you can tell my the teflon collar on the bottom

i thought it was for the rb but on the package description it said sr20 so idk... ill have to try it i guess.
