I would try a hydraulic shop, maybe even a tractor repair shop they repair all their hoses in house and usually have the tools to crimp on a new fitting in house. That or maybe you can use the end off a fuel line or brake line, a lot of toyota's use banjo bolts on their fuel filters, not sure who uses banjo bolts on their brakes, I have q45 brakes on my 240 and they use banjo bolts. Otherwise you can probably go to the manufacturer of the turbo and get the line new.

I use goodridge stainless steel lines on all my brakes you might try them for a line too.

i pulled a power steering line off, it is the same size, grade and metal. i thought i lucked out cause the parts car is an auto, and it had a large banjo bolt with line in it. it was JUST too small. :( but i grabbed the flux coated silver solder today and i have beveled the inlet of the banjo fitting and plan to have my father try it(he is great at soldering). ill post pics when its done.
