where to buy flanges?

i am wanting to find a place to buy 3" 2&3 hole flanges for exhaust (downpipe and straightpipe)b/c the local Maxi ( ;) ) doesnt have them, and i was going to have them make me a DP and Straigh pipe, any ideas?
