Im looking for a real answer about this conversion. I've searched, and also googled.. I saw 1 car with the conversion done. I have a zenki and I have lights from both cars. Can anyone give me an actual answer?

If so thanks
Brad.

You know I got told the same thing when I said I was going to do a vq35 swap. Its not the time im worried about wasting its the effort. I've seen it done once so I know it can be done again.

Obviously im not looking for people to tell me I shouldn't do anything. I want to know if anyone has any advice on how to do it.

Dudewutup pick up some clear headlight covers and buy the HID projector retrofit kit. I already have the clear headlight covers for the 95-96 S14 and looking into this hid kit.
Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (D2S) - Complete Retrofit Kits from The Retrofit Source Inc (http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=237&osCsid=4q4hdb0jv47lcrap6oek7it8uvlg77l3) That one is suppose be super easy to mount,

The J30 headlights don't fit right. it's not going to be pretty.http://www.tamparacing.com/forums/attachments/nissan-infiniti-tech/62734-zenki-alternative-hehehehe-j30r324yf.jpg I saw a different pic before but I didn't save it. I just googled this one. it's a 50 footer man. Looks great from 50 feet like some of those girls in the club late at night in the dark lol.

Ill play around with fitament I have a great idea in my head on how to pull it off correctly. If I put it on and it looks like garbage ill just sell em. But if I pull it off like im thinking ill do it right.

Bump for someone with the balls to actually try and step out of the box, yea it might look like garbage but wat if he pulls it off and ends up pretty clean.. either way its the experience that counts.. fab on my friend, if you fuck em up iv got a stock set layin around ill sell ya cheap, not like zenki lights arent a dime a dozen

Ok, back on this subject sort of I'm looking to do something like this, however I wanted to know first if someone could give me the overall width and height of either the zenki headlights, or the j30 headlights. I've looked all over the web and couldn't find this info.
Thanks in advance folks.

j30 lights are too small and it makes the s14 look more like a sentra or a altima from the front.

so they are smaller then an S14? do you know what the width is of the S14 Lights?

i do not have measurements, but i can tell you right now the j30 lights look too small and make the s14 nose look weird and not proportional to the size of the car

Yup I totally agree again man! I'm actually not using it for an S14, I would like to modify the housing and lens to fit inside of an S13 chuki front end. I have a plan for it... just want to some measurements before I go buy anything.

so j30 lights are smaller then a zenki s14 light huh? could you take some quick max measurements (height width, and depth of your s14 lights?). I would get them myself but I don't know anyone with the car, and I don't want to go into a parking lot and measure some random dude's car! hahah.
Thanks for the response!

i cant give you measurements now because i just left my s14 ( it is at my dads auto repair shop and i just went and did some work to it on my lunch break but i will gladly measure them tomorow if you need me to.

what chassis do you plan to do all this custom work to? is it a 13 or 14? is it even a nissan you are doing this to?? lol:rofl:

Yeah man! That would be awesome! Thank you! I'm doing this to an s13 chuki... Looking to basically do this

But do with a modified j30 housing/projectors... Pic isn't showing up for some reason
Google search s13 with nsx lights.
