2871R Won't Build Boost

Alright I basically have ran out of ideas as to whats wrong. I can only build about 10lbs of boost max. The setup is on a SR 264 cams Greddy 1.2 headgasket 740 injectors power fc etc etc bullshit. I thought the wastegate actuator may be bad so i swapped it with one i know is good, but still same problem. I even went as far as unplugging the actuator completely an i still only get about 10lbs of boost. The wastegate isnt stuck open either. Does anyone else have any ideas on what might be the problem???? Or just things I can check??

check your intercooler and piping for leaks if you havent already.

i would check timing first, then boost leaks, then the tune on the power fc

Well as far as boost leaks I checked again nothing but I noticed one of my couplers is kinda fffed up so im gonna swap that in hopes that maybe its leaking under pressure

Sorry posting off a different account but i've tried multiple boost controllers a manual one that worked fine on a different sr held steady boost an tried a blitz one too but still nothing more then 10lbs
