Part 1
When I installed my AGX's I put them in "backwards" with the adjustment knobs facing outward (toward the tires) so I cant easily access them unless I remove the wheels. I finally pulled the wheels and turned from 5 to 8 adjustment in the rear, and turn from 1 to 4 in the front.... WOW! She feels SO god damn secure now!

Part 2
Since I got those shocks and H&R springs, I've had the same ole original/crappy tires on there. Boy did they bite ass. So, being as I got paid today, I get a set of 225/60-15's (Futura GLS II Super Sports) on all fours. It rained tonight, and EVEN in the rain it felt ungodly stable. I also beleive the bad alignment issues I had, previously blamed on a TC bushing, was non other than a tire pull. The car holds straight like an arrow and goes where I point her, its AWESOME.

So let this be a lesson to you kiddies, tires are the BEST thing you can EVER do to your car....*bling*

oh yea and dont install your shocks facing the wrong way

Yeah, most of the time it's just the basic things that you have to pay attention to. Tires especially. How much did those 225/60 Futura's cost anyway? Did you opt for that size or did they recommend it?

So are you going to fix the problem?

Tires, I work there so I didnt pay for anything except the rubber and life time warranty. It was 199.64, but I had a warranty to the two rear tires which saved me 34 beans a pop.

Fix the problem, yes when Im not lazy. I switched the left strut but not the right....slowly im getting there....

now... just imagine how stable and predictable the ride would be with coilovers, adjustable everythings, and 17" wheels with 235/40/17 Bridgestone S-02s... That would be a sweeeeet ride.

Huh? I'm not running 235s on 6.5" wide wheels. I will be going 17s but 17x8.5. Widest I will go is 225, prolly run a st115 in 215 first though.

Aaron I'm not going ADO7s. Who told you that fib? Perhaps Dunlop 02Gs, but not ADO7s...;)

Back on topic. When you used the 17s in rear at show off, with the KA, you used just crap tires right? Did you find it a lot harder to do low speed drift? Did you find you sort of had to pick and choose the corners or spots you were going to drift so you could biuld speed?

yeah crap tires on 17s on stock KA works ok
just if you lose the speed it is the suck
gotta keep going, STAY IN THE POWER BAND for sure. drop out and you lose it haha
sucks but it wasnt as bad as i expected. it was great fun. im 17s from now on btw.

215/45/17 on a 9" with crap tires...should work great.

I will prolly run 215/45/17 st115 on my 17x8.5. Those will be more for daily driving though with occasional track use. The 15s will still be rocked till I get SR.
