So times are hard, and i have to make hard decisions now and ive decided to sell one of my most prized possessions, My autographed jordan 23's in the original packaging, never worn, never even put on my feet. The shoes were bought at FLIGHT CLUB LA on melrose, and the autograph was signed by Michael Jordan at a Basketball camp i went to in august of 2009. The signature was authenticated by UPPER DECK immediately after MJ signed the shoes. This exact shoe autographed goes for $3000 on ebay, so i guess ill ask $2750 but this is OBO because i need money asap. This was an awesome display piece on my mantle and would be for anyone that buys it. If you have ANY questions please ask, and please send me offers. im sad to let this go but i have no choice unless someone buys my exedy hyper single that i have for sale too. Thanks-Rolando

That's probably what I'm gonna have to do because no one has contacted me, not even for more info or to send me an offer

Lol your asking for wayyy to much for this pair shoes. If you are selling MJs actual game worn shoes, then yea.. you can ask for $3000, but these are just general released shoes so they wont be worth that much. Advice for next time, get an actual jersey or shoes and have them signed.. you will get you money back including the tuition for MJ Camp and enough for another trip next year.
I would appraise the shoes for $4-500? But like above said.. you can wait for MJ to pass away and maybe they will worth more?

I'm confused. You don't want to sell them, but you need the money. You don't post them on eBay, because they WILL sell, but post them here on zilvia, where they most likely will not sell. You also state that if someone offered you something, you would probably take it. So why not get as much as you can by putting them on eBay, instead of accepting a low ball offer here? Doesn't make any sense.

I'm just as confused, I don't really want to sell so I posted them on here hoping they'd take awhile to sell, just to get used to the feeling of not having them anymore. I have alot of sentimental value in these shoes, so someone should buy my hyper single clutch I have for sale so I can keep these:)

I get it. It's like you are stalling for time, hoping that you sell your clutch, so that you can keep these shoes. Posting them on eBay, is a guaranteed fast sale, which is why you didn't list them. If I could afford it, I would have already bought the clutch. =)
Don't sell them man, you' feel bad. Just wait till MJ dies(Oh wait he ded jk jk...) then sell them.
Nice possession by the way

Not to be an asshole or anything but shoes signed by MJ himself don't blow up in price significantly from retail. Ebay is NOT a credible source for shoe value: it's like the Blue Book for shoes. Check out shoe forums like sole collector and see how much they're REALLY worth.
If you really want the money, lower the price. 23's signed by MJ go for much less than your asking price. Or sell these on ebay when MJ passes away and get your asking price.
And why sell on Zilvia? I had pairs of shoes that are much more rare than signed 23's and all I got were a lot of bumps from former shoeheads.
