The reason why I am selling my car is that I dont want to, really I dont, I just got into some finacial issues and i need the money. what i listed the car for is what I need to get out of this problem. I am not working right now, and i have bills to pay. this car works great, it has never once let me down. i replaced all the parts on the car myself and it works likea champ. everything works on the car except the AC the compressor needs to either be rebuilt or replaced. all the ac components are still there. power steering works great, manual locks and manual windows. the only thing i know that is wrong with the car is the front shocks, i know i just installed them like 6 months ago, but my brother hit a pot hole going about 60 and it blew the fronts only, i went and got it alighned and it drives straight just bouncy. i converted the front and rear shocks and springs with the 93-02 toyota corolla ones, they are bigger and more sturdy. i still have the stock springs and shocks for the 87-92 as well. the transmission drives good, i have no problems with it, except if you shift hard second gear with feel a little stiff, but if your just commuting then itll drive just fine. i used to have one of these corollas back when i first started driving back in high school, so when i bought this new one, it was in the terrible shape, but luckily i had all the parts i listed in the the NEW on warranty and i just changed all the parts on it, and now everything is brand new. the rear brakes, i took out the drum brakes and converted it to rear disc from a 87 Toyota Corolla FX GT-S and its working great with the GT-S brake proportional vavle and brake booster (awesome stopping power from stock) i bleed out all the old clutch and brake fluids and put in new fluids. i always changed the oil every 3000 miles or every 3 months which ever came first. the car makes no noise, and does NOT leak any fluids. i have kept this car in great shape since i got it, like i stated previously it was in terrible shape when i purchased it, but after all the new items in its running awesome. i also added the LE rear mud flaps on it, with some custom front lip and side skirts. i also have added all 4 door window visors and the rear window visor (mid-spoiler). the car has dents and scratches around it (what can you expect out of a 20 year old car) but no cracks on the dash or any windows. the car will need NEW or in BETTER shape window weather strips, i never got around to replacing them like how'd i wanted to, so when you close the windows (front right and left) they will still let air in, so there will be noise. i originally wanted to make this car into a nice JDM classic car, but like i stated i need the money for some problems and so i must part from it, i dont really want to but the price im selling it for is a steal for what i have done to it. the price is not firm id like 1700 obo. call me or email me, my email is [email protected] and my number is 951-three1three-five5zero4 my name is tony. thank you for your interest and time. oh yeah I am looking for around $1500 thank you once again.
