tan leather seats

I have a black s14 and have been wanting tan leather to go in it. my question is have they ever made tan leather for our cars? the next would be is it possible to change the color of leather seats. and third would be do other model seats fit in our cars like say 90+ 300zx seats or eclipes seats. thanks

A friend of mine has a purplish colored s14 kouki (97-98) LE, and his has cream/tan colored leather in it. So yeah, they made it.

Changing the color of leather = ummm....maybe from light to dark, but not the other way around. I've never heard of anybody dying leather seats though. If you want that color and you want it in leather, just have your seats restitched in the color/fabric of your choice.

Other model seats = as far as nissan goes, the only seats i know of that fit with very little modification are skyline seats and s15 silvia seats. 300zx and 350z seats may fit, but i honestly dont know for sure.

Other make seats = i have no clue. If you can, you'd definitely have to have custom brackets made......at the least. But why would you?

the reason i ask most of these questions is that I have shopped around to get my seats restiched but I cant find it done for under 1000 dollars. so I say to myself, what if there are other seats out there that would work. I apreceate the imput any more would be apreceated.
