i have a 12w3 in my car and it is amazing, not the same punch as a pair of tens, but when you hit the long low bass lines, ooooooooohhhhhhh boy... i listen to the crystal method so i love it...
any ways i had 2 last year and i traded one for then install in my, i gave the sub to the brother of the guys who were installing my stereo, he had it in an old mustang, he used the kicker amp the power it, the kicker is only 25 x 2 RMS bridged, so the sub wasnt getting a work out. he gave the car to his sister after 2 months and took the sub out, so it's only been used 2 months powered by a small amp...
it's in a carpeted MDF box and it is in absolute mint condition, the box was made by the same guys that did my install and they're good...
the kicker amp is small but it is last years model with the chrome mesh-like plate in the centre, it's mint to, my buddy bought it new for like $200 canadian and it ran the sub great,
