$150
I'd get one of/some of the following:
- new plugs/wires
- K&N air filter
- new Inner and outer Tie rod ends
- subframe bushings
- mp3 CD deck
- new carpet
- pressure washer (clean that engine bay! Mr Sparkle!)
- short shifter
- temp gauge that actually works, fuel pressure gauge, etc
- alarm
I'm sure others can add to this :)

What is ghetto about your car right now? Would it be cheap to fix? Fix that the right way.
a tune up is never a bad thing if you haven't had one allready.
You live in PA, winterize your car. (If you are driving it in winter)

Or save it and spend it on track day, or get some more cash and get an LSD!

these? no not at all
you just need a few tools:
jackstands
breaker bar
socket set
torque wrench
jack
and abuot 1 hour time (but if you've done it before it takes like 20 mins from start--jack up car--to finish---test drive)
if you dont have those tools, i suggset getting that w/ the subframe spacers. those tools are necessary for working on your car anyways!
honestly, subframe spacers make a huge difference. they were my first performance mod. :) still have them too!
all you do is:
jack up car
place jackstands
remove wheels
install subframe spacers
torque down to spec
put wheels back on
remove jackstands
lower jack
test drive!

Your first intrest should be making sure the car is in great running order.
The subframe spacers are really easy to install. It took me less than an hour. I really highly reccomend them.
However, if your suspension is still stock, they won't really make that much of a diffrence. You have bigger problems if your suspension is still stock.

One thing to keep in mind is i dont drive yet so i wont need a gas card. But could come in handy for when i need gas for the fourhweeler:D .
Right now i dont really care how the car runs since im not going to keep the motor and im trying to sell the motor actully. And we have plenty of tools in the garage. One thing i need is a hydrolic lift. they are like $50 at walmart or something like that.
Nokeone- I have had three cars already that i have paid for myself. :D
