I bought this with intentions of putting it in my 240sx... that was before I did my first autox with the DE only to learn I already have enough to keep my hands full. This was pulled from a RUNNING 2009 G37 with ~14,000 miles. Just trying to recoup what I have in it...

Price: $2500

Willing to listen, but like I said, trying to recoup what I have in it so pretty set on price. Shipping could be arranged at buyers expense and handling. I live in Tallahassee, FL and local pickup is encouraged. I can deliver personally within a reasonable distance but compensation would be expected.

What you see is exactly what you get. The engine has all sensors but not the front accessories. The only sensors I see missing are the MAF sensors, which are exactly the same as the DE and HR. I do have the complete wiring harness which can be worked into the deal. If anyone is interested in trying to get this thing in a 240sx, I am pretty comfortable with what it would take wiring wise. The engine is veeery similar to the HR, both mechanically and electrically.

Fabrication and custom parts to make the swap actually work will run way higher then the price of the engine. But damn bump for curiosity

I spent 30$ on steel to fab motor/tranny mounts for my vq35de swap... if you were fimiliar with fabbing engine swaps, there wouldn't be much to this. The eletrical would take some know how, but I am no more intimidated by this than I was when I did the DE swap, and that was my first engine swap...

I can't imagine you would have to spend much more than a grand assembling the rest of the major components (tranny, ecu, vvel controller, 1 connector from the dash harness). People talk about the VQs like they're a hard swap, but like I said, I fabbed my own mounts and did the wiring myself and I can honestly say it wasn't bad at all. Just took a little patience. Second time around I could do it for half as much $$ and in half the time as well...
